We Do Not Refund Any Purchase. However, we will provide an exchange due to size within three days of when you receive the dress. You must contact us within three days of receiving the dress to do an exchange of size. We will replace a product if defected, or any errors/mistakes are made by us. Return Authorization Numbers are required on all exchanges. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, please give us a call or email us at Shanno@Shanno.com.
