| Dress - Gown - Jacket or any Garment Purchase As per store policy we do not do refunds on any purchase. We will provide an exchange on any GARMENT purchase due to size within three days of when you receive the dress. You must contact us within three days of receiving the dress to do an exchange of size. Ribbons - Trimmings : We do not refund or exchange on this product due to the fact that it is cut by yards to your specific needs. If there is a defect of the product we will replace the defected merchandise. We will replace a product if defected, or any errors/mistakes are made by us. Return Authorization Numbers are required on all exchanges. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, please give us a call or email us at Jasdee1@aol.com No merchandise will be accepted back without an authorization number.
