1) What types of  payments do we accept?

    We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, Diner's Club and American Express.     
     You may also pay with a Bank Certified Check or Money order denominated in           
     U.S. dollars.
    
NOTE: Paying by Bank certified check or money order typically delays your order      
     about 5 to 7 business days. We have to wait until we receive your check or money     
     order and the funds must be cleared with your bank, before any merchandise can     
     be shipped.


2) Do I have to place the order online?

    If you do not wish to place an order online you can call us at (212) 382-2281.

3) How long does shipping take?

    We usually ship orders the same day if you place the order before 2 pm except for    
     special circumstances. Our orders are shipped via UPS and should arrive within        
     3-5 business days depending on the destination. If preferred, you can specify us       
    to send you your order via UPS Next day or Second day delivery but please                
    specify.

4) What are the shipping and handling charges?

    Our company charges a Flat rate of $25.00 to ship to anywhere in the                        
     United States. This flat rate is for ground shipping which take 3-5 days depending     
     on where you are located in the U.S.
    There is an additional charges for Second Day or Next Day Air Delivery.

5) Do you do APO's?

    Yes, we do APO boxes, They will be shipped through the United States Post Office.

6) Do you do insurance all merchandise sent out to the consumer?

    Yes , we insure all merchandise that is shipped out by us. We would also                   
     encourage our customers to insure the merchandise when sending it back for an       
     exchange. If customer chooses not to insure a product when sending it back to us     
     for an exchange and the merchandise is lost therefore the customer is responsible    
     for the loss of the merchandise.

7) How can I cancel my order?

    Orders placed can be cancelled provided you CALL US or Email us before it              
      leaves our location.
